Collection of Statistical Data

When you use our Software, we will periodically collect database metadata, such as the number of constituents in your database or the number of times a particular query is run. We do this to make our software better. Understanding how you use AppsNXT products allows us to focus our improvements on the areas you use most. We never collect any of the actual data in your database, only statistical information about your data.

HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements

For our customers who are covered entities under the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (“Privacy Rule”) of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) or those who are otherwise subject to the Privacy Rule, please note that any agreement relating to information or practices covered by HIPAA or the Privacy Rule including any business associate agreement shall supersede this privacy policy to the extent necessary, if any, to comply with HIPAA, the Privacy Rule, or any related regulations.
